Alexa Banking

To use the Tri-County Trust Alexa Skill, you will need Tri-County Trust online banking login credentials.

• Download and open the ‘Amazon Alexa’ app on your phone or tablet
• Open the menu in the upper-left and tap on “Skills & Games”
• Tap the search icon, enter 'Tri-County Trust' and search
• Tap on “Enable to Use”
• Enter your Tri-County Trust username and password
• Receive your one-time passcode from Digital Banking
• Accept the “Terms and conditions”
• Create your 4-digit security passcode
• You’ll receive a success screen and you can now ask Alexa for balances and transactions

• Check balances
• Transfer funds
• Inquire about specific transactions
• Make a payment on Tri-County loans
• Search for checks that have cleared
• CD Rates
• Location Hours
• ATM Location

A: After starting the skill, you can say the following to get balances or transactions from Alexa:

“Balance”

“Checking Balance(s)”

“Savings Balance(s)”

“Transactions”

“Checking Transactions”

“Savings Transactions” 

A: Simply say, “Alexa, stop” 

A: After you’ve enabled the Tri-County Trust Alexa Skill, then do the following:

Open the Amazon Alexa app

Tap on the Alexa symbol

Say, “Alexa, open VeraBank”
